VISION
The vision of the Master of Environmental Science Program in the School of Environmental Science is to become a center of excellence and innovation in the field of environmental science studies oriented towards sustainable development.
MISSION
Educating human resources to have analytical power and constructive and innovative thinking in environmental science studies with three main pillars of environment, economy, and social.
Developing the role and professionalism of human resources with critical reasoning skills and practical abilities in the field of environmental science has an interdisciplinary approach to science, technology, and socio-culture.
Developing research in the field of environmental science studies with national and international standards that can lead Indonesia to the global era.
Providing service to the community in the form of science and technology development, models, and solving various problems.

The Master's Degree Environmental Science Study Program aims to become an innovative center of excellence in the field of environmental science that is oriented towards sustainable development in the context of the University of Indonesia's policy as a leading research university in the region and becoming the Nation's Teacher.
Profile of Graduates
Masters who are able to develop knowledge in the field of Environmental Science and are able to conduct (manage) research and are able to identify and solve problems in the field of environmental science through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches, and are able to write and disseminate research results to the public.
Learning Outcomes
In accordance with Decree 1311 concerning the 2020 Higher Education Curriculum for the Environmental Science Study Program of the SIL UI Masters Program, the structure of the Masters education curriculum at SIL is in the form of lectures and research with a load of 40 credits taken within a study period of 4-6 semesters. The curriculum consists of 28 credits of compulsory courses and 12 credits of elective courses. The Environmental Science Study Program currently has 3 (three) specializations, namely:
